Jordan’s inclusion recognises her leadership in building the Women’s Sports Alliance (WSA) into a global force that empowers female athletes to achieve more from the commercial side of their careers. From amplifying athlete voices to supporting brand partnerships, her work has helped shift the needle in how female athletes are seen, heard and valued.

Selected through a combination of network nominations, independent research, and advisory input, the RAISE Power 100: Women’s Sport Champions is not a ranking but recognition of the people leading progress across the women’s sport ecosystem. The 2025 cohort includes an inspiring group of executives, creatives, investors, athletes and innovators, among them Eni Aluko MBE, Karen Carney OBE, David Coulthard, Serena Williams & Ian Wright.

Jordan’s recognition sits among some of the most influential names in sport, but her focus remains squarely on the athletes the WSA serves:

“This is such a special honour and one I share with the athletes, colleagues, and allies who’ve helped bring the WSA to life. Being part of this list is less about recognition and more about responsibility: to keep showing up, to keep pushing forward, and to keep creating space for female athletes to thrive commercially, personally, and professionally.”

At the WSA, we know that change happens when individuals choose to challenge the status quo. Jordan’s inclusion in the RAISE Power 100: Women’s Sport Champions is a powerful nod to the kind of change we believe in - collaborative, impactful and athlete-first.

This moment marks a proud chapter for the WSA and we’re only just getting started.
