In 2023, 2024 & 2025, not one single female athlete broke into the top 100 highest-paid athletes list, globally.

We exist to ensure that by 2035, at least 10 female athletes make it onto the list.
 

We are driving change by; giving you a platform to elevate your personal brand and express your voice, to increase your commercial value, offering you access to the tools you need to develop your personal brand and drive your commercial value to increase your off-field endorsement income, and providing a safe space to connect with other athletes, industry experts and leading brand representatives, making us more likely to drive change together.
