WSA & DSA Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Contract:
Full time, permanent role.
Typically Mon- Fri, based on 40hr working week
Option to be flexible to allow for out-of-hours work where necessary
Option for remote working, with one day a month in the Worcester / London office

Main Responsibilities
Manage WSA & DSA’s set of social media accounts
Strategize, plan, execute and manage social media ads
Input into and manage WSA & DSA’s content, social media, campaign & marketing calendar
Organise, file and publish WSA & DSA’s creative content files
Clip, trim, brand, combine and re-size already produced content for specific platform purpose
Analyse and report on social media performance
Skill Requirements
Social Media or Marketing degree (or similar)
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & Illustrator
3+ years experience of managing Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts with 5k+ followers
Able to produce and analyse reporting docs
Able to propose a new digital marketing strategy
Able to follow creative instruction and briefs
Desirable Skills
Admirable work ethic
Able to use your own initiative and to work independently
Strong knowledge of the sports industry
Social media algorithm and trends knowledge
Experience and knowledge of managing & publishing digital ads
Experience of running successful digital marketing campaigns
