We enable brands, sports properties, and athletes to drive brand relevance and business growth by building authentic, lasting connections with their audiences across the topics of gender, disability, climate action and other emerging issues.

As a small business, we ask team members to be adaptable and agile. There may be moments where you are asked to take on a task outside of your core responsibilities, but where you have the relevant skills.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience is not a 100% match with the position. We are looking for someone with relevant skills and experience, who will help us grow into a more impactful business.

As an employee of 17 Sport, contributing towards our social and environmental performance is incorporated into your role, through the purpose-driven work you carry out, and through the way you work. We ask you to keep social and environmental impacts in mind at all times.  Each team member, including our managers, has impact goals incorporated into their personal performance reviews. These performance reviews contribute to career development, evaluation, and progress within the company, including remuneration and bonuses - when applicable.

We respect and value diverse life experiences, and know that our variety of backgrounds, perspectives, experiences and skills combine to make us impactful as a business.

We have a number of feedback mechanisms to ensure that all voices are heard, and we are always trying to improve to make our workplace a safer environment for all. We have a monthly stipend for eligible team members to use on items and services that contribute to their physical and mental wellbeing to ensure that each team member can meet their diverse needs in order to thrive in the workplace. As a fully remote company, often our first interviews are held digitally, but if you are a job seeker who needs accommodations during the hiring process, please do not hesitate to ask.
